Nits Technology Private Limited is located in Village Rachharda. We are set up at Bakaliya Yashpalshinh Surendrashinhrachharda Gamtal Fly. Being in a village environment means things are a bit slower and quieter than in the big cities. The air is different here and you can hear the birds and the distant sound of farm equipment most mornings. Our office is a modest space that fits right into the local surroundings of Rachharda. We have a few desks and some old chairs that we have moved around to make things comfortable. It is not a high-tech looking place from the outside, but we have everything we need to do our daily work inside. The Gamtal Fly area is where we spend most of our time. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the breeze coming through the open door. Sometimes local kids run past the building or a neighbor stops by to say hello. It feels very connected to the community here. We don't use any fancy systems for our day-to-day management; we just talk to each other and get the work done. The commute for some of us involves walking through the village paths, which is a nice way to start the day. It is a simple life and a simple workspace. We are just a few people trying to do our jobs in a place that feels like home.
