New Planet Infotech is situated right at Malhal Pur Chowk in Ahmed Nagar. We are quite close to the railway station, so you can always hear the trains coming and going throughout the day. It’s a noisy part of town, but it’s convenient for people who need to drop off their computers or pick up parts on their way home. We have been in this spot for a while now. The shop isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with old monitors and stacks of keyboards. We handle a lot of different tech stuff, from fixing broken screens to helping people get their internet working right. It’s just a few of us here, and we don’t really care much for fancy titles or corporate rules. If a machine is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a new part, we find it for them. The Ahmed Nagar area is always moving, and we just try to keep up with the flow of people coming through the chowk. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to be the place people can rely on when their electronics start acting up. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the night. I think people like that we are easy to talk to and don't use too much technical talk that nobody understands. We just do our best.
