We are over at 676 26 & 27 in the Dhanlaxmi Market. It is located in the Cross Lane of Revdi Bazar 2. The whole place is part of the Shantikunj Colony near Naganeth No Vando in the Gheekanta area of Ahmedabad. It is a very crowded place to be. There is always someone shouting or a cart being pushed past the door. We handle a lot of different clothes and fabrics in bulk. Our units are filled with big bags and bundles. There is not much room to walk around once the new stock arrives. We have a small wooden desk where we sit to take calls. The phone is quite old and sometimes it cuts out. We have been in the Revdi Bazar for many years. Everyone in the market knows each other. We drink tea from the same guy every morning. It is a hard life working in the market because of the heat and the dust. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just brick and some old shelves. We do not have a website or any of that stuff. We just talk to the traders and get the work done. The stairs to our unit are quite steep and narrow. You have to be careful when you are carrying heavy loads. It is just a practical, busy place where we do our business every day.
