Yamuna Medical Agency is found at 101 Cellar in the Harikrupa Appt. We are right by the Maninagar Railway Crossing, which is a very active part of Mani Nagar. You can always hear the trains passing by from down in the cellar. It’s an interesting place to work because there is always movement outside. We’ve been in this basement spot for quite a while. It’s actually quite nice in the summer because the cellar stays a lot cooler than the street level. We mainly handle medical supplies as an agency. That means we have a lot of boxes and crates coming in and going out every day. The stairs at Harikrupa Appt are a bit steep, so we have to be careful when we are carrying heavy stuff. Mani Nagar is always crowded, and the traffic at the railway crossing can be a bit of a mess sometimes. We spend most of our time on the phone with suppliers or organizing the inventory on the shelves. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything gets to where it needs to go. We don't have any fancy office furniture or big signs. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We’ve been here so long that we know all the delivery drivers and the other shop owners nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, train after train.
