If you’ve ever been to Bhagirath Palace in Chandni Chowk, you know how packed it gets. Our spot at 1681/4 is right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a struggle just to get through the narrow lanes sometimes, especially when people are unloading big wooden crates of medical supplies. Inside, the space is tight and every inch is used to store surgical instruments and glass containers. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby. You just walk in and you're surrounded by boxes. It’s often dim because the old buildings don't let in much natural light, but we have enough lamps to see what we’re doing. We spend our days counting inventory and packing small orders for doctors and hospitals who send their people down to collect stuff. The fans are always clicking overhead, trying to move the stale air around. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and making sure nothing got dinged during transport. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years, so we know the other shop owners and the tea sellers pretty well. It’s a noisy, crowded, and slightly messy way to work, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in Delhi; we just want to make sure the boxes go out to the right people every day without any fuss.
