You can find us on the third floor of Shubh House, which is at Swastik Cross in Navrangapura. It’s right behind the City Centre at number 77. We deal with weighing scales. If you need something weighed, from small things to big industrial loads, that’s what we handle. The office is usually pretty busy with people coming in to look at different models or bringing things in for repair. We’ve got scales all over the place. It isn't the most organized-looking office, but we know where everything is. The staff here has been working with scales for a long time, so we know the technical side of things pretty well. Navrangapura is a good spot, plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk. We just show you how the scale works and what it costs. If there's a problem with a calibration, we sit down and figure it out. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone helping customers who are having trouble with their equipment. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking numbers. We aren't a giant company, so we get to know our customers by name. It’s a steady business. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure things are accurate. The elevators in Shubh House can be a bit temperamental, but we manage.
