Vimal Sales& Services

Vimal Sales& Services is located at B 8 in the Pooja Apartment building. That’s on Mahavirnagar Road in Ahmedabad. It is a bit of a different setup because we are in an apartment complex, which makes it feel a lot more like a local family business than some big corporate office. We do sales and service work here. Mostly, people from the neighborhood or across Gujarat come to us when they need something fixed or they are looking to buy specific parts. The road outside can get pretty busy during rush hour, so we usually hear the bikes and cars going by all day long. We have a small storage area and a place where we handle the repairs. It’s not fancy, just some shelves and tools and a couple of desks for the paperwork. We started this because we knew how to fix things and people kept asking for help. Now it’s just our daily job. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and trying to figure out what’s wrong with their equipment. Sometimes it takes a while to get the parts in, but we always let people know what's happening. It’s just a regular life here in Ahmedabad. We like being on Mahavirnagar Road because everyone knows the area. We just keep the shop open, handle the service calls, and go home at the end of the day like everyone else.
