About Imperial Events – Event & Planning in Ahmedabad
Our office is up on the 4th floor of Akshar Arcade. It’s a decent spot, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. Imperial Events has been operating from here for a bit now. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at floor plans for different venues. Planning an event sounds glamorous to some people, but it’s mostly just checking lists and making sure the caterer knows where to park. We’ve had days where everything goes perfectly and other days where the weather ruins everything. You just learn to carry an extra umbrella. We aren't a massive agency with fancy suits. It’s just us in a small room with a lot of folders. We focus on getting the details right because that’s what actually matters when the guests show up. We’ve done weddings, small parties, and some business meetings too. Every job is different. Some take months to prep, and others are last-minute scrambles. We don't mind the rush. It keeps things interesting. Usually, someone is here by nine, but we stay late if a project needs it. The 433 unit isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the samples we keep around. It’s a practical space for practical work. We just try to stay organized and keep our clients from stressing out too much. There are plenty of snacks in the drawer for the long afternoons, which helps us keep going when things get busy.
