Vice President Hotel

Our hotel, Vice President Hotel, sits right on Ashram Road, which everyone knows is one of the busiest parts of Ahmedabad. We are located directly opposite the Bata Showroom and very close to the Times Of India office, so there’s always something happening right outside our front door. It’s been here for years, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our windows. The rooms are what you’d expect for a place in this part of town – practical and meant for people who are here on work or just passing through. We don't have a huge staff, but the people we do have have been with us a long time. They know how to handle the check-ins even when the lobby gets crowded in the evenings. It’s not a five-star resort, and we don't pretend it is. It’s just a solid place to stay if you need to be near the center of things. The 380006 zip code area is always humming with noise, but we do our best to keep the rooms quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We spend a lot of time fixing small things and making sure the lights work and the water is hot. It’s a lot of maintenance, honestly. If you're looking for us, just look for the big Bata sign across the street, we're right there. We try to keep the coffee hot in the mornings for our guests too.
