Veer Medical Agency

Our shop is No. 28 in the Gajanand Shopping Center. We are right across from the Baroda Express and near the Green House in the C.T.M. area. It’s a busy spot with lots of vehicles moving by all day long. Veer Medical Agency is mostly about getting supplies out to where they need to go. We are more of an agency than a walk-in retail shop, so we have piles of boxes everywhere. It’s a lot of checking invoices and making sure the counts are right. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoon, but we have a few fans going. We’ve been at Gajanand for a good while now and know the other owners in the center. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. It’s a lot of work coordinating with drivers and making sure things leave on time. Sometimes things get mixed up and we have to spend an hour on the phone fixing it. That’s just part of the daily routine. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just want to do our job right and keep our customers happy. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes our backs ache by evening, but we come back and do it again the next day. We focus on the crates and the lists until the day is done.
