Techno Chem Industries

Techno Chem Industries is based at Plot No. 3413 in the Gidc Estate, right near Jayvera Chemical in Vatva. Being next to another chemical company means we’re in the heart of the industrial zone. You can hear the hum of machinery from all sides here. Our building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a gray structure with a large sliding door for the trucks. Inside, we’re mostly focused on chemical production. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving sacks of raw materials and pouring them into the mixers. The floor is usually a bit dusty, no matter how much we sweep it. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just the owner and the staff who have been here since the start. We handle the orders as they come in and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. The weather in Vatva can be pretty humid, so we keep the big fans going all day. Sometimes we have to wait on raw materials to arrive before we can start a new run, which gives us a bit of time to clean the equipment. We don't do anything fancy, we just make the chemicals we’re supposed to and make sure they’re packed securely for the journey to wherever they’re going. The yard is usually full of empty drums waiting to be refilled, which can make it a bit cramped when the trucks arrive.
