Ganesh Chem-Tech Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 11/12 Ridhi Sidhi Apartment 2, which is in the Mahalaxmi Society area of Paldi. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment complex, but it works for our office needs. We deal with chemical technology and supplies. Most of our work involves coordinating between manufacturers and the people who need the chemicals for their own businesses. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling technical data sheets. It’s not a big, flashy operation. We have a couple of desks, a few computers, and lots of files. Paldi is a nice area to work in, even if parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’ve stayed in Mahalaxmi Society because it’s central and our clients know the way. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just come in, check the orders, and make sure the logistics are moving smoothly. Some days are slow and we catch up on filing, and other days it feels like everything is happening at once. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a small private limited company doing our bit in the chemical industry. It’s a lot of details to keep track of, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to stay steady and keep things moving. It isn't always easy but we make it work somehow.
