Sulphochem Industries

At Sulphochem Industries, we operate out of Plot No. C-1, 268/1, which is located in Phase-1 of the Gidc. This part of the industrial estate is always moving. From early morning, you can hear the sounds of the other factories starting up. Our spot at 268/1 is a sturdy building that has been our home for a long time. Working with chemicals means we have to be careful and follow our own set of rules. The name Sulphochem is pretty well known among the other folks in Phase-1. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls. We just have the work that needs to get done every single day. The office is just a corner of the building with a couple of chairs and a filing cabinet that has seen better years. Sometimes the power goes out in the Gidc, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. The address is easy to remember once you find the C-1 block. We keep the gate open during the day so the air can circulate. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready lifestyle, but it’s what we know. We are just a bunch of people working at Sulphochem, trying to keep things moving along in Phase-1. There isn't much more to it than that, just the daily routine.
