Sanjay Organics Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of Plot No. 10/4/2 in Phase-1 of the Gidc for quite some time now. Being in the chemical industry means we spend a lot of time wearing masks and gloves, which isn't very comfortable but it’s necessary. The air always has a bit of a chemical smell to it, which we don’t even notice anymore, but visitors usually mention it. We’re just a regular group of people doing our jobs in a big industrial zone. Our building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a concrete structure with a lot of pipes coming out of it. Inside, it’s a lot of tanks and mixing equipment that we have to keep an eye on. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we're just making sure the batches are right and the drums are filled. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out quite right and we have to figure out what went wrong, which can take all night. We don't have a marketing guy, so we just tell people what we have and they either want it or they don't. The Gidc Phase-1 is a busy place, and we’re just one small part of it. Most of us have been working together for so long that we’re like a family, even when we’re arguing about whose turn it is to clean up.
