Our place is over at Plot No. A/2/481-482 in Phase-ii of Vatva. It’s a big enough space for what we need to do with the fine chemicals. Working in Vatva means you’re always around other shops and factories, so there's always a bit of noise and constant movement. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the daily tasks that come with running a chemical plant. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others, especially when we’re trying to get a specific order out the door before the weekend. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Most of the action happens in the back where the actual processing is done. The floors are usually covered in some kind of gear, and we try to keep things organized as best we can, though it gets messy sometimes when we're busy. That’s just the nature of the business. The staff here are locals for the most part, just regular people working hard to make ends meet. We don't talk much about goals or anything like that, we just focus on the next batch. It’s a practical way to run things. If the equipment is running and the materials are coming in, we’re doing alright. We’ve got two plots joined together which gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it fills up fast. It’s just Rushvi Finechem, a part of the Vatva industrial landscape. We stay busy and keep going.
