Ino Chemicals is tucked away at C1-89/1 in Phase-1 of the Gidc. This part of the estate has been around for a long time, and you can see that in the older buildings and the narrow roads. Our unit is just a standard industrial shed, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we keep the chemical stocks and the mixing equipment. It’s a lot of manual work, moving bags and checking scales. We’ve been here at C1-89/1 for years, and the staff knows the layout of Phase-1 by heart. Usually, the morning starts with checking what orders came in and getting the first batch started. It’s not the cleanest job, but we take it seriously. There’s a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger and the phone. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. The Gidc can be a bit overwhelming with all the different phases, but Phase-1 feels like home to us. We’ve seen businesses come and go, but Ino Chemicals just keeps going at our own pace. We don't worry about being the biggest or the most well-known. We just focus on what’s happening inside our own four walls every day and getting things ready for the customers.
