Bansari Chemicals Industries

Bansari Chemicals Industries is tucked away at Plot No. 191/A in Phase-2 of the Gidc. It’s a practical sort of place. We don’t go in for anything fancy. Most of our day is spent watching gauges and moving containers around. The pipes can be a bit leaky sometimes if we don't keep an eye on them, so maintenance takes up a fair bit of our time. We started this because there was a need for these types of chemicals in the local market. It’s a small team, maybe just a handful of us on a typical shift. We eat our lunch together in the break area when things quiet down. Being in Phase-2 means it's a bit quieter than the main road, but the dust still finds its way in. We don’t write big reports or have long meetings. Usually, it’s just a quick chat in the morning to decide what needs doing first. Sometimes we run out of storage space and have to shift things around to make room for new supplies. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and pouring, but it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the orders filled and go home to our families at the end of the shift. It’s a decent life and the work is consistent enough for us. Sometimes we even have time to tidy up the back lot before the weekend starts.
