We are located at Plot No. 4803 in Phase IV of the GIDC in Vatva. Our factory is right behind the Indo German Tool Room, which is a big landmark everyone around here knows. We make medical supplies and plastics. It is a large plot, so there is plenty of room for the machinery and the warehouse area. The noise of the machines is pretty constant throughout the day, but we are all used to it. GIDC Vatva is a very industrial place, so it is always dusty and busy with trucks. We have a good number of people working on the floor and in the small office area. We don't use any fancy language to describe our business. We just manufacture items and send them out. It is hard work and the days can be long, especially when we have big orders to finish. We take our tea breaks together and talk about normal things, not just work. The building is a bit older now, but it works fine for what we need. We focus on keeping the machines running and the quality of the items steady. It is a no-nonsense environment where everyone knows their job. We’ve been here for a long time and we just keep doing what we do without any need for flashy promotions or corporate speeches. The repetitive nature of the work suits us just fine as we keep our heads down and finish the day's quota.
