Working with chemicals means a lot of checking and re-checking things. Here at Ambica Finechem Llp, we occupy Plot No. 169-171 in Phase-2 of Gidc. It’s a decent-sized space, which is good because we have quite a few drums and containers to move around. The air usually has that sharp, clean smell you get in places like this. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in the area, we just want to make sure the batches come out right. Most of the guys have been here long enough to know the routine without being told. We wear our gear, watch the gauges, and keep the floors as clean as we can. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in the summer and the shop floor feels like an oven, but we keep going. We deal with various suppliers and customers from across the estate. It’s mostly just hard work and being careful with the mixtures. If you walk past our gates, you’ll likely see a truck loading up or someone hosing down the loading dock. We don't spend money on fancy signs or shiny brochures. Most people find us because they need something specific that we produce here. It’s just us doing our thing every day. No big speeches, just chemistry and heavy lifting. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the batches moving through the pipes.
