Shree Umiya Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No 4704 in Phase-iv of the G. I. D. C. in Vatva. This is an industrial area that stays busy from dawn until late at night. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a plain concrete structure that houses our surgical supply business. We’ve been at this spot for many years, so we know most of the other business owners on this street. The morning routine is usually the same: we check the messages, have some tea, and then start sorting through the inventory. The Vatva area is known for being a hub of activity, and our plot is right in the thick of it. We have a storage area that’s usually full of boxes and a small front office where we do the billing. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a large shipment comes in. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine; we just use a small electric kettle for our breaks. The floor is made of plain grey stone and the walls have a few charts pinned up. We focus on our daily tasks and don't really spend time on things like marketing or slogans.
