This particular office for Life Line Surgichem (india) Pvt. Ltd. is at No. 227 in the Saman Complex. It’s right next door to our other unit on the second floor. Having these two spaces helps us keep things a bit more separated. We use room 227 mainly for the extra inventory and the paperwork that doesn't fit anywhere else. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we get new stock in. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and we have some simple metal racks for the goods. We don't really have a reception area here. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up from our desk to see who it is. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and making sure the numbers match the boxes on the shelves. Vastrapur is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always a bit of a hum from the street. We’ve got a few fans to keep the air moving, but it can still get a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated. It’s just about keeping track of the supplies and making sure the paperwork is filed correctly. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We are just a few people working in a couple of rooms in an old business complex. It works for us and we've been doing it this way for years.
