Our office is located at D/202 in Vaidehi Residency. It’s tucked away behind the Suryam Flats near the RTO Road in Vastral. Being in a residential building means it’s a bit quieter than a main market street. We use the space to manage our surgical supply business. It’s mostly just boxes of instruments and equipment stacked up in the rooms. We try to keep things as quiet as possible so we don't bother the neighbors who are living here. The view from the balcony is just of the other apartment blocks and the street below. We don't have a storefront, so most of our business happens over the phone or through deliveries. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we’re used to it by now. The area of Vastral has grown a lot lately, so there’s always some construction noise nearby. We spend our days checking invoices and making sure the surgical tools are packed safely. It’s a lot of bubble wrap and tape. We usually have a small break in the afternoon when the sun is at its hottest. It’s a very local operation, just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. We don't need a big corporate office in the center of the city. This spot in Vaidehi Residency works just fine for what we need to do. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy every day. The security guard at the gate knows us well and says hello every morning.
