Started this place in Vasna inside Aagam Complex a while back. It’s mostly just us and the machines running most of the day. We spend a lot of time at No. 204 and 205, moving between the two units to check on how the shirts or whatever we are making that week are coming along. It gets pretty loud when everything is going at once, but you get used to it. The Pratapkunj Society area is usually busy, so there's always something happening outside the windows. We try to keep the fabric organized, but sometimes the stacks get a bit high when a big shipment comes in. Usually, we have tea around four in the afternoon and talk about what needs to get finished by the weekend. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure the stitches are straight and the buttons don't fall off. Some days are slower when the power goes out or a machine breaks, then we just sit and wait or try to fix it ourselves with some tools we keep in the back. It’s just how things go here. We don't have a fancy office with big chairs, just the work tables and the stools. People stop by sometimes to ask for prices or to see what’s new on the racks. We just show them what we have ready at the moment.
