Vashant Entertainment And Decoration

Our shop is number 7 in the Rangkrupa Complex at Parimal Cross Road. We are right in the heart of Ambawadi, not far from the Gujarat Gas building. It’s a small shop, and honestly, it’s usually quite a mess. We have entertainment gear and decoration supplies piled up almost to the ceiling. There are rolls of colorful fabric, some old sound systems, and boxes of lights everywhere. My cousin and I run the place, and we are usually out at events more than we are in the shop. We do decorations for parties and help with entertainment setups. Ambawadi is a great area, but it gets so congested in the evenings when everyone is out. We’ve had this business for years. We aren't professional designers with degrees; we just learned by doing the work on the ground. Sometimes we stay up all night finishing a setup for a morning function. It’s exhausting, and our hands are often stained with dye or scratched from the wires. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just talk to people, see what they want, and try our best to make it look decent. It’s a local business through and through. We know the tea stall guy and the other shopkeepers in the complex. It’s just how we make our living here in the city, working hard every single weekend.
