Vardhman Apparel Manufacturing Company

Our place, Vardhman Apparel Manufacturing Company, is located at No. 131 in the Vikas Industrial Estate. We are right near the Municipal School and just opposite the Anil Starch Mill. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood. Having the school nearby means there’s a lot of activity in the mornings and afternoons. We’ve been operating from this industrial estate for quite some time now. The building is functional, which is what we need for manufacturing. We have our machines set up, and there’s usually a pile of fabric somewhere waiting to be cut or sewn. It’s a noisy environment, but we’re used to the hum of the equipment by now. The space isn’t very big, so we have to be organized, though sometimes things get a little cluttered when a big order comes in. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where the actual manufacturing happens. The walk from the main road isn't too long, but you have to watch out for the delivery vans coming and going. We like being in this spot because it feels central to everything we do. The views out the window are just of the other units and the mill across the way, but that’s fine with us. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things moving steadily every day.
