V4U Events

We have been running V4U Events for a while now from our spot at 20, Highway Park Society in Sabarmati. Being located right in Ahmedabad, specifically across from the AMTS bus depo, means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long, and the traffic on the highway is pretty constant. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle all our event planning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the table trying to figure out the logistics for the next project. Sabarmati is a busy part of town, and being in a society like Highway Park gives us a bit of a community feel. We know the people living around us, and they see us coming and going at all hours. Sometimes we are loading up trucks late at night or early in the morning when the city is just waking up. It’s hard work and it gets dusty with all the vehicles passing by, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on getting the jobs done. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that; it’s just a few of us here making sure things happen. We try to be honest about what we can do and we don't like to overcomplicate things. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who hire us.
