You can find us at B/241 on the second floor of the Shri Ghantakarn Mahavir Commercial Market. We are very close to the New Cloth Market, so the whole area is always full of activity and noise. To get to our place, you have to navigate through the crowds and head up the stairs. It is a busy commercial building and there is always someone moving boxes or shouting for a delivery. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, a lot of filing cabinets, and stacks of goods ready to be shipped out. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking over orders to make sure nothing is missing. It is a lot of paperwork and coordination. We have been in this market for a long time and know most of the other traders around us. We often share a quick meal or a tea in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. The market can be hot and crowded, but it is where the business happens. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room, we just use fans and keep the windows open. It is a practical way to work and it keeps our costs down. We mostly deal with other businesses and people we have known for years. It is a steady way of life for us and we have no plans to change it.
