Universal Chemicals is tucked away in Office No 306 over at Shail'S Mall. If you know where Girish Coldrinks is on C G Road, we are right behind that spot. It’s a pretty central location which makes it easy for folks to drop by when they need to talk about chemical supplies. We’ve been running the office here for some time. It's not one of those big, shiny corporate offices you see in movies, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and making sure the orders are moving along. Sometimes the mall gets a bit crowded, especially on weekends, but during the week it’s mostly just business as usual for us. We handle various chemical products and try to keep a good handle on what’s available. Most people find us through word of mouth. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. We just talk to people, tell them what we have, and see if it fits what they’re looking for. The desk is usually covered in notes and order forms. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with the paperwork to look out much. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job every day and keep the customers coming back.
