Our place, United States Medical Inc., is located at number 2311-B in the Krishna building. We are right in the Ellis Bridge area, which has a lot of history to it. It is not a huge storefront on the main street; you have to come into the building to find us. This makes it a bit quieter than the shops right on the road, which we don't mind. The room is filled with different medical supplies and boxes that we have sorted over time. It can get a bit dusty with all the papers and cardboard around, so we try to sweep it out once a day. We have been in Ellis Bridge for quite a while now. The Krishna building is a familiar spot for many people who have lived here for years. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Usually, people find us because they have been told where we are or they have been coming here for a long time. The lighting inside is just regular fluorescent tubes, and we have an old desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. It is a very simple operation. We spend most of our time answering calls or checking the stock in the back. It is a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure we have what people are looking for. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we do every day for the community.
