Uma Fashion

We are located at number 63 in the Trithdham Society, which is just off Ramol Road near Janta Nagar. It is a residential neighborhood, so it stays a bit quieter than the main city markets. We started Uma Fashion right here because it was convenient and we already knew the people in the area. Our workspace is very simple. We have our sewing machines set up and a big table for cutting the fabric. Most days, the only sounds are the needles and maybe a radio playing softly. People from the society often drop by to see what we are working on or to ask for small repairs. We do not have a fancy storefront with big glass windows. It is more of a local workshop where we get things done. A lot of time is spent looking at patterns and figuring out the best way to use the cloth. This isn't a large-scale factory, just a small business run by people who care about their work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish an order for a neighbor or a local shop, but we really do not mind. It feels good to be part of the community here in Trithdham. We have been doing this for a while and we are happy to keep going one day at a time. It’s our way of making a living right from where we stay.
