The Event Planner

Our office for The Event Planner is located in Vishwakarma Vihar Society. We are right at the Jodhpur Cross Road in the Satellite area. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Ahmedabad, zip code 380015. We are situated directly opposite Kamleshwar School. During the day, we hear the school kids playing and the bells ringing, which gives the place a bit of a lively feel. Satellite is a busy part of town, but our society is tucked away just enough that it isn't totally chaotic. The office is simple and practical. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet up to talk about what needs to be done. We have a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working at the computers. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized. Jodhpur Cross Road always has traffic, so we usually plan our errands around the busy times. Being across from the school makes it easy to tell people where we are. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. We are just a local business in a local society. It’s a quiet, honest way to run things, and the location suits us just fine for now. That is just how we operate.
