I have been coming to this office at the New York Trade Center for quite a while now. Being right here at Thaltej Cross Road means there is always a lot of noise from the traffic on S. G. Highway. Our space is at units 21-22, which is right across from Anushruti Tower. It is a bit of a maze sometimes when people try to find us for the first time. Inside, it is mostly just stacks of paperwork and various samples from Abhinav Chemtrade. We handle a lot of chemical trading, which might sound fancy to some, but mostly it is just us on the phone or checking spreadsheets all day long. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles in the summer heat, but we get by. We are not a big flashy firm, just a small group of us trying to make sure the orders get where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a practical life. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news while we wait for deliveries to show up at the door. You can see the city moving outside the window while we focus on the stuff that comes in and goes out of the warehouse. It is busy but in a very predictable way. Nothing too exciting happens, but the work is steady. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with more tall buildings and cars every single month. It is just home for us now.
