Out here in Bilaspur, specifically in the Indira Vihar Colony, things move at a slightly different pace than in the bigger cities. Our office is at B-51, right on Seepath Road in the Sarkanda area. It’s a practical setup for handling telecom services and whatever else comes our way during the day. Chhatishgarh gets quite hot, so the air conditioning is usually the most important thing in the room. We see a lot of people coming in with questions about their connections or bills. It’s a simple office with a few rows of desks and some old posters on the walls that have been there for years. The road outside, Seepath Road, is usually busy with traffic heading toward the main part of town. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through service logs. It’s the kind of place where the staff knows most of the regular customers by name. We don't really do the big corporate show here; it’s more about just getting the job done and helping people out when their phones stop working. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around for a minute until the backup kicks in. It’s a steady job in a quiet part of Bilaspur, and we just keep at it day after day.
