Tapan Medical

You can find us right opposite L G Hospital in the Maninagar area of Ahmedabad. We are located on the hospital road, near Balvatika, which makes it a very busy spot to be. There’s always people walking by or coming in after their appointments. Tapan Medical has been here for quite some time, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the neighborhood. The shop is packed with all kinds of medicines and supplies. It’s a bit of a small space for how much we keep on the shelves, but we make it work. Sometimes it takes us a moment to find a specific item because the stacks are so high. We aren't fancy and don't have a lot of polished displays. It’s just a regular counter and a lot of stock. Most of our days are spent talking to patients and their families. It can be loud with the traffic on L G Hospital Road, but that’s just how it is in Maninagar. We don't have any corporate backing or big mission statements. We just show up, open the shutters, and help the people who come through the door. The building is older, and the floor is a bit worn from all the foot traffic. We try to keep the most common things within reach. It’s a practical job and we’ve been doing it a long while now. We are just part of the local scenery here.
