Suresh Garment

Our shop, Suresh Garment, is up on the 3rd floor at No. 325 in the M. G. Market. It’s near Relief Road, right in the middle of the Gheekanta area. Being on the third floor means people have to walk up or take the lift, but we still get plenty of visitors. The market is always crowded, so it’s actually a bit quieter up here sometimes. We handle garments of all sorts. We’ve been in M. G. Market for years now. It’s a place where everyone knows everyone. We don't go in for fancy advertisements. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this market for a long time. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about how we stack the boxes. Sometimes it looks a bit messy when a big shipment comes in from the suppliers. That’s just how it goes in the garment trade. We spend our days sorting through stock and talking to customers who make the trek up to see us. It’s a simple business. We focus on the clothes and making sure we have enough variety. Gheekanta Road is a tough place to work because it’s so busy, but we’re used to it. We keep things moving and stay focused on the daily tasks. It’s just us doing our job and trying to keep the shelves full for whoever comes by next.
