The space at Shanti Kunj Nagar is where we spend our whole day. We deal with various types of apparel. Mostly, it’s about having what the local people need. Sometimes the stock piles up and the shop feels a bit small, but that’s part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the road. We just want to stay busy and keep the business going. People who walk down Gheekanta Road often stop in because they know we’ve been here. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We handle the lifting, the unpacking, and the selling ourselves. It’s honest work. The building is older, but it serves us well. We know most of the other shopkeepers around the Wando. We drink tea, talk about the market, and wait for customers. It’s a steady life. We don’t change things up too often unless we have to. Just a regular apparel shop that keeps going day after day in the middle of all the noise and the traffic.
