Sonal Sanitaryware is tucked into 5 Swami Akhandanand Society, right near the Dhanjibhai Kuva in Chandlodia. It’s more of a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on the main road. We’ve been selling sinks, toilets, and all that kind of stuff for a long time. Our shop is packed with inventory, so you have to watch where you walk sometimes. We don't have a fancy showroom with spotlights and music. It’s just rows of porcelain and boxes of taps. People usually come to us because they’re fixing up an old bathroom or building a new house and they want something that won't leak. We’ve seen all sorts of trends come and go, but we mostly stick to the stuff we know works. Sometimes a delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lanes around the society, which can be a bit of a mess to sort out. We’re just regular people here. We might have some dust on our clothes from moving boxes, but we know our products inside and out. If you ask a question, we’ll give you a straight answer, even if it’s not what you want to hear. Chandlodia is home for us, and we like serving the people around here. It’s a simple business, really. You need a tap that works, and we probably have three or four different kinds for you to pick from.
