Vishakha Solar Films Pvt.Ltd. is based in Vishakha House, which is part of the Ashirwad Paras Corporate House complex. It’s a more professional setting than some, but inside our specific unit, it still feels like a regular workplace. We spend our time dealing with solar films and all the technical details that come with manufacturing and distributing them. The corporate house setup means there is a lot of coming and going in the hallways, but we mostly stay tucked away in our own space. There are rolls of film and samples of different materials scattered around the office, as we are always checking the rolls for any defects. It isn't always perfectly tidy, especially when we are preparing for a large shipment. The desks are usually piled with logistics forms and printouts of specs. We have a small area where we eat lunch, and the conversation usually revolves around the day's schedule. The building has decent parking, which is a relief for anyone driving in. Even though it says "Corporate House" on the gate, we are just a group of people working hard to keep things running smoothly. The air conditioning hums in the background all day, and the phone rings more often than we’d like. We just focus on the orders and making sure the films are packed correctly before they head out. It’s a busy environment but we have a good rhythm going after all this time.
