Pooja Controls

Pooja Controls is situated near Jekson Hydraulic on the Sarkhej Bavla Highway. Being out here in Changodar, near Tal Sanand, means we are right in the middle of the industrial belt. It’s a long drive for some of us, but this is where the work is. We focus on control panels and electrical components for factories. The building is functional—nothing more, nothing less. We have a front area for meetings and a larger back area for assembly. Most of the time, the floor is covered in wires and components waiting to be put together. It gets pretty dusty out here because of all the construction and the highway traffic nearby. We started small and just gradually added more tools and benches as we got busier. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from the other units nearby who know what we do. It’s a practical setup. We deal with suppliers, check the quality of the parts, and make sure everything is wired correctly. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out by morning. That is just how the industry works. We like being in Changodar because everything we need is close by. It’s a straightforward life of manufacturing and fixing things. We just keep the coffee brewing and the soldering irons hot.
