Sona Apparels

Sona Apparels is based out of 24-C in the Arbuda Estate 2. We are located right in Mutton Gali in the Narol area. Narol is a very industrial part of the city, so there is always a lot of smoke and noise from the nearby factories. It’s a tough place to work, but it’s where all the garment action is. Our unit is basically one big room with cutting tables and sewing machines. We have about six people working here most days. It gets quite loud when all the machines are running at once. We make all sorts of apparel. We don’t have a sign outside or a fancy entrance. You just walk through the gate and find us. We don’t spend money on advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us in the trade. The estate is busy with trucks loading and unloading all day long. We usually have our tea breaks standing outside near the entrance. It’s not a glamorous life, but we take pride in the stitching we do. We try to keep the place as organized as possible, but with so much fabric moving around, it’s always a bit messy. We’ve been in Narol for a few years now and we've gotten used to the fast pace of the industrial estate. It's just a regular workshop where we do our best to get things finished.
