Solar Point

Solar Point is tucked away on the first floor of the Shree Ratna Complex, right near Surdhara Circle. If you’re driving from SAL to the Sun N Step road, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. We’ve been in Thaltej for a while now. The office is usually filled with bits of hardware and manuals. We aren't the type to have a polished showroom with fancy lighting. We’d rather spend that money on better tools. Most of us here just like tinkering with things and seeing how we can save people a bit of money on their electricity. It’s a growing field, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We talk to a lot of neighbors and local shop owners who are curious about going solar. Sometimes we have to tell people it’s not the right fit for them, even if it means losing a sale. We’d rather be honest than have someone unhappy later on. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying things, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of tea and spend too much time looking at technical drawings. It’s a good life, though. We like the work and we like the people in this part of town. If you’re ever near the circle, you can just pop in and say hello.
