Sodhi Bakery Equipment

Our shop is over at A-7 in the India Colony Road area, right in Bapunagar. If you know Hariom Nagar, we are not hard to find. It is more of a workshop feel here than a showroom. We have all sorts of heavy mixers, ovens, and racks piled up. It is dusty work because we are always moving metal around or checking on some old machinery. We have had this place for quite a while now. People from all over the city come by when they are trying to start their own small bakery or if a part in their old oven breaks down. It is not a quiet place, there is usually the sound of someone testing a motor or moving wooden crates. We aren't big on decorations, we just have the tools and the machines sitting where they fit. My clothes usually have a bit of grease or metal dust on them by lunchtime. We know the other shop owners around Bapunagar, and we usually grab lunch from the same spot every day. Sometimes the rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still open up. It is a family-run kind of vibe, nothing too formal or polished. We just talk to people about what they need for their kitchens and see if we have it in the back. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
