Crystal India

Crystal India is situated at 63/A, Ai-Asra Estate, right behind Arvee Denim on the Sarkhej Bavla Highway in Shahwadi. Being near the highway means we get a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks, but it’s a good spot for getting things in and out. The estate itself is quite industrial, and we fit right in with the other businesses around here. We spend our time working on whatever projects are currently on the table. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of inventory. The office is small and mostly used for paperwork that we try to stay on top of, though the stacks of files sometimes get a bit high. We aren’t really into the whole corporate image thing. Most of us are usually in work clothes and focused on the practical side of things. When people come to visit, they usually have to navigate through the estate, which can be a bit tricky if you aren’t used to it. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the highway traffic. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the daily grind and keeping our commitments to the people we work with. It's a tough environment but we have a good rhythm going and we don't plan on changing how we do things as we keep working.
