Sintech Precision Products Ltd. is set up at C-189/190 on B.S. Road in the Industrial Area. We have a couple of units next to each other because we needed the extra room for the inventory. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks moving through. We mostly focus on manufacturing specific parts that require a bit of extra care. Our guys are usually on the floor by eight in the morning. It can get a bit cluttered with raw materials and finished crates, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a slick corporate office. There is a small space with a couple of computers where the invoices get done, but the real work happens in the back. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. Some of the machines are older but they still run better than the new stuff if you treat them right. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news during lunch breaks. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere, though we take the deadlines seriously when they come up. People know us for being around B.S. Road for years. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. There’s always a pump or a valve that needs looking at, and we just handle it as it comes. It is loud and greasy sometimes, but that is just the nature of the industry we are in.
