Global Clutch Industries

Our workshop sits at 263/264 Vijay Industrial Estate on Central Workshop Road. We’re right near Bhikshuk Gruh in the Odhav area. Global Clutch Industries is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. We make and fix clutches, and it’s a lot of manual work. The floors are concrete and usually have some oil spots, which is just part of the job. We have some heavy machinery that makes a lot of noise, so it’s hard to hear the phone sometimes. There’s no fancy lobby here. If you come to see us, you’ll walk right into where the work is happening. We’ve been in Odhav for a while, and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate. Most of our customers are local truck drivers or mechanics who need parts that won't fail them on the road. We don't spend time on brochures or sales pitches. We just show people what we have and tell them what it costs. It’s a tough business, but it’s what we do. The summers in the workshop can be pretty brutal, but we keep the vents open and just get through it. We aren’t a massive factory, just a group of guys who know how a clutch should feel and work. It's practical, honest work that keeps us going from Monday to Saturday without much of a break.
