Simran Creation

You can find Simran Creation over at the Sumel Business Park-3 in Raipur. We are up on the fourth floor, in block C-419/20. Being on the fourth floor means we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator, especially when the building is full of people in the mornings. It’s right across from the New Market. It’s a bit different from the old street markets because it’s a bit more modern, but it’s still very busy. We have a decent amount of space here to spread out our work. We do a lot of designing and putting things together. It’s a lot of sitting at tables and looking at small details. Sometimes our eyes get tired, so we take breaks to look out at the city. We’ve been in this business park since it was relatively new. We know the security guards and the guys who deliver the mail. It’s a professional enough place, but our office is pretty lived-in. There are fabric scraps everywhere and coffee mugs on the desks. We don't have a receptionist or anyone to answer the phones with a fancy greeting. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We’re just a small team trying to keep up with all the orders coming in. It’s a lot of hours, but we like being our own bosses. We just keep working until the job is done.
