Sid Engineers

Sid Engineers is out in Fortune Industrial Park, specifically at Shed No. 57. We’re located on the Singarva-Kathwada Road, right near Zaveri Estate in the Kathwada GIDC area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but there’s plenty of space for industrial work. Our shed is pretty standard for the GIDC, with high ceilings and heavy doors that stay open for ventilation. Inside, we have our machines set up for various engineering projects. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign, just the work benches and the tools we use every day. The guys who work here live nearby and they know the routine. We start early to avoid the worst of the afternoon heat. There’s always a lot of dust in the air from the road and the other factories, but we just deal with it. We handle different types of metalwork depending on what people bring us. It's the kind of place where you can just walk in and show us a drawing or a broken part, and we’ll see what we can do. We aren't interested in being a big corporation; we just want to run our machines and get the orders out on time. It’s a practical life here in Kathwada, focusing on the mechanical side of things without much fuss or bother. We just try to make sure everything leaving the shed is built properly and ready for use.
