Our place is located in the Bhagat Swa Mill Compound right across from the BSNL office in Odhav. If you know the Bhikshuk Gruh bus stand, we are just a short walk from there. It can be a bit dusty around here with all the vehicles coming and going near the mill, but we’ve gotten used to it. Shri Durga Medical And Sales Agency handles a lot of stock, so there is always something being loaded or unloaded. The shop itself is tucked away but we keep the lights on late. Sometimes the bus stand gets really crowded and people wander in looking for directions or a quick bandage. We have a lot of different supplies stacked up on the wooden racks. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we get a big shipment in. My hands are usually busy checking invoices or stacking boxes. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the front. Odhav is a working-class area, so we see a lot of people who are just finishing their shifts at the nearby factories. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the medical supplies, but it keeps us on our toes. The phone rings a lot because we deal with sales as well as just the walk-in customers. It’s a noisy neighborhood but it feels like home to us now. We just try to get the orders right and keep the shelves filled up for the morning.
