Shree Shakti Medical & General Stores

This shop is unit number 12 in the Vrundavan Complex. We are right on Gurukul Road in the Meman Nagar area. If you find Subhash Chowk, you are basically right there. We sell medicines and general stuff that people need for their houses. It’s a small shop, but we try to keep the shelves stocked up. Every morning we open the shutters and start sorting through the deliveries. Gurukul Road is always busy, so there is a lot of dust and noise, but you get used to it after a few years. We know most of the people who live in the apartments around here. They come in for their regular tablets or maybe just a bottle of water or some soap. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors while we work. It’s not a corporate pharmacy, just a local store where we know your name. The Vrundavan Complex is an older building, so it has some character. Sometimes the lights flicker or we have to move boxes around to find space, but it works for us. We stay open late most nights because that's when people are coming home from work and realize they forgot something. It’s a simple life behind the counter. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just show up, sell what's needed, and go home. That's how it’s been for a long time now in Meman Nagar. There is always someone walking by.
