You can find Shree Mamta Physiotherapy & Weightloss Clinic over at Ambika Appartment, Gate-2. We are specifically at 71/841, right on the 132 Feet Ring Road in Naranpura. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially being so close to the Pallav Cross Road. Being on the Ring Road means there’s always noise from the cars, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside, we have various machines for the physio work and some space for the weight loss programs. The rooms aren't huge, but we make the most of the layout. We usually have the fans going full blast because it gets warm in Naranpura during the day. Most of our visitors are locals who live in the apartments nearby or people who work around the cross road. It’s a very practical setup. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy lighting. Instead, we have the mats, the weights, and the treatment tables ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes the scheduling gets a bit messy when everyone shows up at once, but we figure it out eventually. The staff here is just a few people who know the routine. We spend our time helping people move better or talking about their health goals. It’s just a regular clinic where work happens every day without much fuss. We've been at Gate-2 long enough that the security guards know us all by name and we just keep things moving.
